CriptoGiros Terms of Service 

Effective Date: August 5, 2025 
1. Acceptance of Terms 
By accessing or using CriptoGiros, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and 
our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our 
services. 

2. Definitions 
CriptoGiros: The mobile application and platform offering money transfer, cryptocurrency 
exchange, and digital payment services. 
User: Any individual who registers for and uses the CriptoGiros platform. 

3. Registration and Eligibility 
To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification 
documents and a Self-portrait for verification. We reserve the right to approve or reject 
registration requests at our sole discretion.
 
4. User Responsibilities 
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account and for 
maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You agree to notify us 
immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. 

5. Payments and Fees 
CriptoGiros may charge service fees for certain transactions, including but not limited to 
money transfers, cryptocurrency exchanges, and network-related operations. All applicable 
fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. 
Types of potential fees include: 
Service Fees: A fixed or percentage-based fee applied to remittances and crypto exchanges. 
Network Fees: Blockchain or gas fees required to process cryptocurrency transactions, 
which may vary based on network traffic. 
Third-Party Fees: Fees charged by banks or payment processors, where applicable. 
By using our services, you agree to pay all associated fees at the time of the transaction. All 
fees are non-refundable, even in the event of failed or incorrect transactions resulting from 
user error. 
CriptoGiros reserves the right to update its fee structure at any time. Any changes will be 
communicated within the app or via email prior to taking effect. 

6. Permitted Use 
You agree to use CriptoGiros only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to 
facilitate any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or other 
financial crimes. 

7. Account Suspension and Termination 
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if 
we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. 

8. Intellectual Property 
All content, trademarks, logos, and source code on the platform are owned by CriptoGiros or 
its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or 
distribute any part of the platform without express permission. 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties 
CriptoGiros provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted 
access, error-free operation, or the accuracy and reliability of the services. 

10. Limitation of Liability 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CriptoGiros, its affiliates, and partners shall not be 
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of 
or inability to use the services. 

11. Irreversible Transactions 
All transactions conducted through CriptoGiros are final and non-reversible. By using our 
platform, you acknowledge and agree that once a transaction is completed—meaning the 
funds have been sent to a registered account—it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded 
under any circumstances. CriptoGiros assumes no responsibility for transactions that are 
incorrectly initiated or unauthorized by the user. 

12. Refund Policy 
By using CriptoGiros, you acknowledge and accept that all transactions are final and 
non-refundable once completed. If you encounter an issue, you must contact our support 
team within 24 hours of the transaction. We will review such requests on a case-by-case 
basis, but are not obligated to issue a refund. 

13. Changes to Terms 
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any 
significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes 
are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. 

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, 
without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these 
terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
